Festo automation component identification and sourcing
Need a Festo replacement for a machine repair or planned maintenance? Send Bridge Engineering the complete part number and type code, quantity and required date. We can investigate the requirement and confirm sourcing options against the specification.
Keep the full configuration code
Festo’s automation range includes pneumatic actuators, valves and air-preparation equipment. Product options matter: a family name or a photograph alone may not identify the required variant. Refer to Festo’s official product information for the complete specification.
- Cylinders and actuators: photograph the label and provide the full code, including any stated bore, stroke and mounting requirements.
- Valves and valve terminals: include the valve reference and, where applicable, the terminal or manifold identification. Record the specified electrical connection and voltage from the label.
- Sensors and accessories: provide their own references as well as the associated actuator details. Do not assume an accessory fits every variant.
Replacing part of an automation assembly?
Tell us whether you need one component or a complete configured assembly. Include the machine maker, model and parts-list entry where available. If the code is incomplete, identify the missing section rather than guessing it.
A replacement may need checks beyond physical dimensions, including control interfaces and the machine’s safety requirements. Any proposed alternative must be assessed against the original specification before use.
Your Festo enquiry checklist
- Full part number and type code, with clear label photographs.
- Machine details and any drawing or configuration record.
- Quantity, required date and whether an exact replacement is specified.

Supply and safety: availability, lead time and suitability are checked for each enquiry. Brand references do not imply stock availability or authorised-distributor status. Obtain details only when equipment is safely isolated and stored pressure has been released by a competent person. Follow the equipment maker’s specification; identification guidance is not installation advice.
