- Read the technical and safety data sheets.
- Check storage history and product condition.
- Prepare surfaces using the specified process.
- Apply the correct amount and coverage.
- Assemble within the stated open or fixture time.
- Hold parts in the correct position during cure.
- Allow the required cure before load, pressure or chemical exposure.
- Record batch and process details where traceability matters.
- Replace caps and prevent nozzle contamination after use.
If cure or appearance is abnormal, quarantine the assembly and investigate rather than applying more product over the joint.
